The Time I Nearly Got Arrested For Looking At a Balloon

It sounds crazy, but this is in fact based on a true story. A few years back, several cops burst into the room I shared with two roommates, handcuffing me and claiming that I had been throwing rocks out of the window, and that they had video proof implicating me. Seeing as I had not been doing that, I was confused and very distressed. One of my roommates managed to get a hold of my parents, and after speaking to them, the police left, likely realizing that they had the wrong guy. We’d later find out that the video “proof” they were talking about was a video of me staring out the window at a balloon I saw pass by.
